SELECTION PROCESS

Application
To apply for a trainee position at TCA, please submit your CV and application letter highlighting your motivation, relevant skills, and experiences. Your CV should show your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and any previous work or volunteer experience. Make sure that your application aligns with and reflects our values.

Interview
After the previous phase, selected candidates will be invited to participate in an interview. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your interests, and how you can contribute to our team. The interview process may include questions about your academic background, and experiences. Mostly about your CV and your expectations about TCA.

Mandatory Trainings
Selected candidates will be accepted and start their trainee semester. During this phase, you will have the opportunity to learn tools, techniques and several trainings such as Project Management, Quality Management, Consulting Skills from TCA members and partners abroad

Trainee Project
As a trainee at TCA, you will be assigned to a specific project within one of our clients, partners or internal departments. This project allows you to apply your academic knowledge to real business challenges, collaborate with fellow team members, and deliver valuable solutions to our clients. Through this “first” consulting project, you will receive support and feedback from our team, helping you to grow and develop as a consultant.
